**Position Overview**:
The Waitstaff is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by delivering friendly and efficient service. They take orders, serve food and beverages, manage customer requests, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet customers warmly and present menus.
Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely and efficiently.
Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Assist in polishing glassware and cutlery.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service.
**Skills and Requirements**:
Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $23.46 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
