Coffee Maker

We’re on the lookout for a welcoming, dependable and experienced **Coffee Maker** to join our team at **The Station Grocer Lennox Head**.

This is a **casual position** offering great rates, a fun team culture, and the chance to be part of a local business that takes pride in quality coffee and great service.

**The Role**
- **Start times from 5:00am**:

- **2-4 shifts per week**, including weekends
- **$35.18/hour weekdays** (for ages 20+)
- **$45.89/hour weekends** (for ages 20+)

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Greet customers and take orders
- Prepare hot and cold beverages with consistency and speed
- Operate the register (cash and card payments)
- Serve food including cakes, pastries, pies, and breakfast items
- Set up the store for daily trade
- Maintain a clean, organised coffee station

**What We’re Looking For**
- Coffee making experience in a fast-paced café or similar environment
- Confident in producing consistently great coffee under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised and a genuine team player
