**Your Role**:

- Supervise and coordinate trades-based work, ensuring high standards of efficiency and quality.
- Perform repairs, conduct inspections, and ensure buses are ready for service.
- Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within the workshop.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Qualified tradesperson with experience in heavy vehicle maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
