**What We’re Looking For**:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated **Disability Support Workers** who:

- Share our commitment to person-centred care.
- Are eager to support individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.
- Have experience or a keen interest in working with high and complex care needs.
- Are compassionate, empathetic, and excellent communicators.
- Must have 1 year experience in a similar role or strong life experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Disability Support/ Life: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
