Our Thrive Kids team are seeking an Area Manager to join them in supporting the parents (our big humans) and our local little humans across the community in their Outside of School Hours education. You’ll lead the development and implementation of the educational programs for our Before and After School programs and Vacation Care whilst guiding our enthusiastic and progressive educators in their planning and reflection.
- Please Note: For the purpose of recruitment, the title of Area Manager - Outside of School Hours Care has been used to reflect the equivalent industry title. Internally the official title of this position is OOSH Coordinator._

**This is your team**
When you join Thrive Kids, you’ll be working within our OOSH team, supporting a team of 5 OOSH Supervisors across our Fern Bay, Tomaree, Shoal Bay, Medowie and Wirreanda services.

You’ll have the support of another OOSH Coordinator, who looks after our 5 other services, to help you find your feet and come up to speed with Council’s processes.

- **Base Salary Range**:$79,046 - $92,998 pa based on a 35 hour week + 11.5% superannuation + $18,619 motor vehicle allowance
