**About the Role**

As a Education Manager, you will be provided the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to Warringal Private Hospital's quality improvement processes, through involvement in departmental orientations, facilitating clinical competence programs and regular in-services.

The successful applicant will be required to develop, implement and evaluate clinical education programs, facilitate clinical competence programs and regular in-services whilst delivering strong strategic direction and leadership in line with our Ramsay core values.

This opportunity will see you reporting to our Director of Clinical Services.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised health professional with the following skills and experience:

- Registration with AHPRA
- **A minimum of 4 years post registration experience**:

- **Previous experience in an Educator or Facilitator role**:

- Hold or be working toward your certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Completion of a preceptorship program
- Exceptional time management skills
- Sound computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suit.

**Remuneration**:On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $64.01 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
