**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consultation: Provide expert advice on regenerative and organic farming practices, including livestock management, crop production, and sustainable practices.
- Assessment: Evaluate farming operations and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, sustainability, and profitability.
- Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions for farmers to educate them on best practices in ethical farming.
- Research: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and innovations in agricultural practices to provide informed guidance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with farmers, stakeholders, and the Green AGriVentures team to develop and implement strategies that align with our mission and values.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on agricultural practices, project progress, and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in agricultural consulting.
- Strong understanding of regenerative agricultural practices and sustainability principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for ethical farming and commitment to environmental stewardship.
- Work Rights: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
