You will build excellent relationships with both corporate and private clients, while working in partnership with other departments to deliver exceptional experiences on time and within budget. **About You** You will have a passion for hospitality and be committed to delivering exceptional events. In addition to having 4 years minimum event management experience, you would have: - Experience working with an off-site catering company - Great relationship building skills and exceptional time management - A dynamic and passionate attitude towards food & beverage - Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, along with strong administration skills - High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple events - Ability to make decisions, in line with company policies & procedures - Exceptional personal presentation - Outgoing personality with strong negotiation skills and the ability to keep costs of services to be provided within budget - Arranging and coordinating services, such as venue, catering and equipment - Pro-active and innovative approach to promoting our services to potential clients **Working With Us** Our team have fun, and we take pride in seeing everyone grow and develop.
