**Employment Type**: Full-Time (Minimum 38 Hours per Week)
**Salary**: $70,000 - $75,000 + Superannuation + Annual Leave

**Role Overview**:
As a Painting Trade Worker, you will be involved in various stages of interior and exterior painting projects. This role requires precision and an eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality finish for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Erect scaffolding and ladders, placing drop sheets to protect areas from paint.
- Prepare surfaces by removing old coatings, repairing woodwork, filling cracks, and ensuring surfaces are smooth and sealed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and properly handle equipment.
- Perform additional tasks such as window repairs and tile laying as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Painting and Decoration
- Minimum of three years experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in a range of painting and decorating techniques.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
