At our brand new Caddens Corner facility, we pride ourselves on offering a safe, personalized, and fun environment for children to develop essential water skills. Our teaching philosophy emphasizes confidence, safety, and skill progression in every class.

**About the Role**

This is more than just a management role. It’s an opportunity to inspire, teach, and grow. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Teaching Excellence**: Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children of all ages while mentoring instructors to uphold our teaching standards.
- **Sales Strategy & Outreach**: Develop and implement a full sales strategy, including community outreach to attract new families, drive enrollments, and retain students.
- **Operational Leadership**: Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and performance to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Act as the face of our swim school by fostering strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community.
- **Team Development**: Recruit, train, and inspire a team of instructors and staff to create an outstanding learning environment.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and cleanliness standards across all facilities.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in swim instruction and swim school management.
- A strong sales background with the ability to implement and execute growth strategies.
- Confidence in community outreach and building partnerships to promote the swim school.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
- Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Swim Instruction (AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia preferred).
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $51,772.32 - $71,551.40 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (preferred)
