**About the role**:
We are seeking a Casual Expression of Interview experienced HR or HC Driver who is safe, reliable and possesses a high work ethic to join our team in the Silverwater Depot to perform bulk delivery.

In the role, you will be counted on to ensure the safe, seamless and sustainable delivery of bulk fuels and lubricants and onsite refuelling around our regions.

People who have succeeded in this job have come from a variety of backgrounds, including:

- Transport
- Agriculture
- Logistics operations
- Mining or heavy industry

A day in the life as a Tanker Driver can involve:

- **Make a difference for our customers **- you’re their hero Arriving on time to provide them critical resources to support their businesses.
- **Never stop caring **- your safety and the safety of your colleagues and community is paramount to us. Through engaging in regular safety talks, conducting pre-delivery assessments on your vehicle, and safety inspections on sites, there’s plenty of opportunities to discuss hazards and risks associated with conditions.
- **Find new ways **- discussion with peers and leaders in the business to identify opportunities to improve the way we work, from improvements in systems and reporting, to finding safer and more efficient ways to succeed.
- **Own it **- as an Ampol driver you are representing us across various locations, visiting local customers, communities, terminals and diesel stops, and the role allows you to engage directly with customers, community members, colleagues and leaders.
- **Connect to win **- discussion with scheduling and fleet teams to confirm run sheets and understand the customers you’ll be supporting

**Must haves**
- Commitment to Ampol’s values
- A current HR licence or HC licence
- Strong communication (verbal, written and presentation) with persuasive ability to influence change.
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Safety focussed.

- Fuel transport industry experience
