The Loss Prevention Team is looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join the team as a Loss Prevention Covert Officer. You will be responsible for influencing shrinkage reduction by detecting theft and fraud.

**About the Role**:

- Detect and apprehend/prevent offenders for theft and fraud in accordance with all Myer policies and procedures
- Manage incident reporting, intelligence reporting and CCTV camera operating
- Identifying and escalating information/allegations requiring further follow up to management
- Provide leadership and support to Loss Prevention and shrinkage management tactics

**About You**:

- Covert Loss Prevention experience
- Reporting/statement writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong team focus with a desire to share knowledge
- Must hold a current Security Licence, First-Aid Certification, and Certificate II in Security Operations
