**Nexawork Solutions** is building a reliable pool of **construction workers/ general labourers/ trade assistants** across Sydney for upcoming projects in various industries, including general construction and site support.
- This is a talent pooling opportunity — ideal for those open to upcoming roles rather than immediate start._
- Case to case basis, hours may exceed 40-50_

**Role Overview**:
As a labourer, you may assist in the following (not limited to):

- General site clean-up and manual labour
- Moving materials and tools
- Supporting qualified tradespeople
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Following site safety protocols
- Each shift has a minimum duration of four hours

**Requirements**:

- White Card (mandatory)
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
- Punctual, good attitude and work ethic
- PPE (boots, hard hat, hi-vis vest)
- Ability to travel to Sydney-based sites

**Nice to Have**:

- Previous site experience (advantageous but not required)
- Own transport
- EWP, Working at Heights, or other tickets
