**The Opportunity**
The Program Lead will manage the delivery of an outcomes-based scope for the identified projects in support of our Defence client. Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for all phases of planning and execution projects within the allocated program or portfolio of projects.
You will be KBR’s onsite SME for the client and be able to identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, growth of the account and ensure the successful delivery of multiple, concurrent projects.
Reporting into the Account Director, this role has responsibility for resource planning and management, reporting as well as people and team leadership.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan, organise, coordinate, and control outcome-based delivery projects and programs in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
- Responsibility for senior contact and communication with the client and relevant stakeholders and focuses on ensuring success of project delivery, while balancing KBR commercial objectives.
- Provide Program Management and reports to the Account Director
- Foster and maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders at all levels including headquarter elements and other dependent projects
- Undertake Project Management Strategy and Analysis to establish future documentation and plans to support the capability and deliver outcomes to the client
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Relevant degree qualifications (Engineering, Business)
- Exceptional project and program management experience, with a particular focus on outcomes delivery
- Contract management (ASDEFCON) or professional consulting experience
- Defence Industry experience
- Strong client and staff engagement, relationship and communications skills
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Current Defence security clearance at NV1
- Ability to access ITAR material
