Key Responsibilities:

- Cleaning, filleting, and portioning a variety of seafood species
- Ensuring quality control of processed products
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the processing area
- Following company protocols for OH&S and HACCP compliance
- Efficiently packing and labelling products for distribution
- Assisting with general maintenance of processing equipment

Qualifications & Experience:

- Previous experience in seafood processing is highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of filleting, seafood handling, and preparation
- Ability to work in cold environments and handle physical tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of OH&S and food safety standards (HACCP) is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
