**About the role**

As a Disability Support Worker specialising in high complex care, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and tailored support to individuals with physical and mental disabilities.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Offering personalised care and assistance to clients in their daily activities.
- Assisting with mobility, personal hygiene, and medication management.
- Implementing care plans developed in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in the health and well-being of clients.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance the overall quality of life.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.

- Previous experience in disability support, particularly in high complex care settings is highly regarded.
- Certification or qualifications in disability support, aged care, or a related field is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of physical and mental disabilities and the challenges associated with ageing/dementia is highly regarded.
