**THE ROLE**

We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Civil Worker to join our Linkforce Communications Team.

Based at our Welshpool workshop, this role will also involve work across Perth and Regional WA. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with overtime available on weekdays and weekends. As a Civil Worker, your responsibilities will include:

- Constructing and upgrading telecommunication infrastructure, including towers, foundations, rooftops, and compounds.
- Performing various operating tasks on our construction projects, such as:

- Excavation foundations, trenching, auguring, and site leveling.
- Cut & fill, backfilling, and general duties.
- Carrying out civil construction works, including concrete, reinforcement steel, formwork, pit & pipe, and fencing.
- Supporting the construction team in an all-rounder capacity when not operating machinery.
- Conducting rigging and dogging tasks for various sizes of cranes and loads.
- Traveling throughout metro & regional areas as required.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be considered you will hold the following:

- 3+Years civil or construction works
- Construction White Card
- Australian HR Drivers Licence
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance
- RIIMPO301E Conduct Hydraulic Excavator Operations (Desirable but not essential)
- RIIHAN309F Conduct Telescopic materials handler (Desirable but not essential)
- RIIMPO318F Conduct civil construction skid steer loader operations (Desirable but not essential)
- High Risk Work Licence (RB, DG, EWP or LF are desirable but not essential)
- Working at Heights Certificate (Desirable but not essential)
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and ongoing AOD Screens
