Inventory Clerk

Join a national organised based on the Northern Gold Coast as their Inventory Administrator
**Your new company**
Our client is a global leader in assisting their customers with the buying and selling of heavy duty, high quality construction equipment. Due to their continued success an inventory clerk / administrator is required to join their team on the Northern Gold Coast in a permanent capacity.

**Your new role**
As the Inventory Clerk / Administrator you will be responsible for:

- First point of contact for their customers and handling enquiries
- Coordination of shipping and receive goods
- Document control
- Records management
- Assisting with contracts
- Verifying equipment descriptions based off industry standard manuals
- Ensure all equipment information and data is up to date on system
- General sales administration support to the sales team

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in the role of the Inventory Clerk / Administrator you will have:

- Previous administration support (minimum 12-18 months)
- Intermediate MS Office skills - Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- An eagerness to learn and a willingness to take initiative
- Excellent customer service skills
