**About the facility**
- Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.
- The Andrew Love Centre (ALCC) is a comprehensive cancer centre that has provided expert care to those affected by cancer in Geelong and southwest Victoria in a supportive and caring environment since 1992. Our service gives adults living in Barwon South West region access to world class cancer treatment. Based in Geelong, we have state-of-the-art facilities, equipment and highly skilled health professionals who provide personalised treatment and care. Chemotherapy, haematology and radiotherapy services are provided in Baxter Wing 6 at University Hospital Geelong.

**About the role**
- As the successful applicant your primary objective is to provide confidential / high level personal assistance and administrative support to the Radiation Oncology Team in Cancer Services.
- Other duties include but are not limited to:

- Managing appointments and diaries for the Radiation Oncology team
- Preparation of rosters and co-ordination of timesheets
- Preparing minutes and agendas, coordinate meetings
- Scheduling of appointments, processing referrals
- Processing, maintaining patient correspondence and date entry
