**What You Will Get To Do**:
The technical services administrator will undertake the following duties:

- Monitor and manage batch processing to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Handle end-of-financial-year platform processes.
- Ensure compliance with SuperStream data and payment standards.
- Manage updates to platform rates.
- Process and report on TAL insurance payments.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in superannuation processes.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of superannuation data.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and business verification testing.
- Monitor transactions to ensure compliance with AML/CTF.
- Manage insurance processes for both platform and non-platform providers.
- Handle bulk uploads for various processes.
- Manage invoicing for administration fees, agency fees, and insurance fees across all funds.
- Monitor and manage insurance lapses for all funds.
- Process direct debits and manage chargebacks.
- Identify and resolve possible duplicate entries.
- Manage Member Account Attribute Service (MAAS) and Member Account Transaction Service (MATS) processes.
- Handle reporting requirements for Centrelink.
- Manage annual PAYG reporting.
- Prepare and distribute annual statements.
- Manage processes related to unclaimed super money.
- Address enquiries related to regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate annual mailouts, including salary data requests for employer plan insurance members.
- Prepare and manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting.
