**The opportunity**

Sole Motive is on the hunt for exceptional Retail Staff with a passion for people, customer service and delivering an exceptional experience

**About you**
- Passionate about contributing and growing the running culture in Melbourne, participate in weekly running and fitness activities in store and within the community
- You’re an advocate for the Sole Motive brand and our values -, inspiring more people to run and enjoy their fitness
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and service
- You enjoy learning as you will need to become a knowledge expert in the range we stock.
- You bring a high level of excitement, energy and positivity into everything you do but especially to your work
- You work closely with your leadership team, producing results which smash company goals
- You’re business minded always thinking about the bigger picture and making smart decisions

**Key areas of focus**
- Take customers through shoe fitting process
- Selling a premium product and knowing your features and benefits
- Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
- Working towards team sales targets and KPI's
- Ability to work weekends, weekdays and peak trade times
- Maximise sales opportunities by delivering exceptional in-store experiences for our customers. You will build rapport, helping to identify the customer’s needs and in turn you will be able to confidently recommend suitable products and solutions. You will maintain the store to a high standard visually and will perform other duties to ensure a clean and safe working environment for yourself and the team.

**Salary**: $24.50 - $35.00 per hour
