Multi Professional Health Assistant

A fantastic opportunity exists for talented and passionate Multi Professional Health Assistant for our EAT WALK ENGAGE Program located in Logan. We are searching for a Multi Professional Health Assistant who is committed to best practice and share our purpose to deliver quality healthcare every day to our community.

**About You**:
You will understand Metro South Health's values, have a genuine desire to join our team who are committed to best practice and share our love of people to help deliver a caring service to our patients. You will contribute to our growth with your passion and expertise in Health Assistance with the ability to:

- Contribute to patient care by providing clinical support tasks to increase patient nutrition, cognitive stimulation, mobility, and functional independence, as delegated under the direct or indirect supervision of health professionals participating in the Eat Walk Engage (EWE) program.
- Experience in care of older people is highly desirable.
- Participation in flexible working hours is required.
- While not mandatory, a Certificate IV - Allied Health Assistant would be well regarded.
