**ABOUT THE JOB**:
**In this role, your responsibilities will include the following**:
**Strategic**
- Champion the OEM Group Marketing Strategic Roadmap through all
Marketing and business activities
- Ensure consistent brand expression through all communication platforms.
**Market Analysis**
- Support the development of new and existing client relationships by influencing them towards the selection of our products and services in order to reach our sales growth objectives.
- Working with Sales and Business Development, use existing and new tools (CRM, database ) to analyse market, client demographics, competition, etc., report trends and identify ways of extending our market share.
- Develop and present Monthly reports.
**Marketing Campaigns**
- Develop marketing strategies, and implement integrated communication, advertising and marketing plans and materials designed to target specific audiences in support of the business’ strategic sales objectives
**General**
- Undertake other duties consistent with the level and responsibilities of the role.
**ABOUT THE CANDIDATE**:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing or any other relevant field
- Minimum 3 years in a Marketing and Communications role
- Experience defining and analyzing markets and segments
- Brand management
- Knowledge of customer experience and developing and managing multiple channels and platforms
- Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Basic understanding of the mining sector
- Project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong written skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and communicate effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Graphic design skills
Pay: $76,550.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
