We are a small family owned general practice seeking a **Medical Repcetionist** to join us on a full or part time basis with potential room for growth.

The successful applicant would preferably have experience with General Practice in Australia. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, adaptability and critical thinking are essential.

**Your key duties will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Answering all incoming telephone calls and making appointments
- Meeting and greeting patients
- General administration office duties such as general typing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, printing etc.
- Provide administrative support to the doctors such as billing patients and Medicare, arranging follow up appointments, faxing and allocating
- Database management.
- Ordering
- Managing cleanliness & presentation of the clinic
