Core Responsibilities
1. **Daily Operations Management**
- Oversee all daily activities: opening/closing, staff scheduling, smooth service flow.
- Monitor service and cleanliness standards; ensure café is inviting and well-kept.
2. **Staff Leadership & Training**
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train baristas, servers, and kitchen or front-of-house staff.
- Organize ongoing skills development—brewing techniques, customer service, POS usage; monitor performance and provide feedback.
3. **Customer Experience & Engagement**
- Foster a welcoming, customer-centric atmosphere; build relationships to drive loyalty.
- Handle feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
4. **Inventory & Supplier Management**
- Accurately track stock levels; forecast needs and place timely orders.
- Develop vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and manage supplies.
5. **Health, Safety & Compliance**
- Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols in line with regulations.
- Maintain necessary certifications (food handling, CPR/first aid, permits) as applicable
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- **Leadership & Communication**: Inspire team, mediate conflicts, and uphold service standards.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Prioritize guest satisfaction and experience.
- **Time & Organizational Management**: Balance multiple tasks—from staff schedules to equipment upkeep.
- **Financial Acumen**: Comfortable with budgeting, cost control, and interpreting P&L data.
- **Food & Beverage Expertise**: Proficient in coffee brewing, menu planning, portion control, and hygiene.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Analyze issues proactively and manage real-time disruptions
- **Compliance Knowledge**: Understand and follow health & safety standards; maintain certifications

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
