All Rounder Barista

**About Us**:
Mercato Carlislie is a vibrant, café known for our quality coffee and exceptional service. We take pride in serving our customers with a smile and making every visit a memorable one. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Barista to join our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (espresso drinks, drip coffee, teas, etc.)
- Ensure the café is clean and well-organized at all times
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Uphold health and safety regulations within the café environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous 2-3 years barista and customer service experience
- A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about brewing techniques
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience

- Must be available for 7am - 1pm shift.
