About the Role
This position is responsible for providing a high level of professional leadership to ensure Food Services in the Bayside Health Service, maintains the highest possible standards in all aspects of food production, nutrition, retail food outlets and contract management within the approved budget and in accordance with current food legislation.
The position does this by developing the unit's budget, monitoring expenditure, plans and develops operational strategies and provides directional leadership for the provision of high-quality food services in the Bayside Health Service, consistent with Metro South Health philosophy and values.
