This Government agency based in Macleod are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator.
**Responsibilities**
- Raise purchase orders, ensure they are managed, tracked, and invoiced
- Ensure existing contracts for services are fulfilled and process to renew them are undertaken as required
- Coordinate field specialists
- Manage external contractors
**Required**
- Experience in managing contracts and procurement activities
- Experience managing contractors and specialist services
- Experience in coordinating field staff
- An understanding of science, engineering, or scientific measurement processes and/or audit experience - highly regarded
