The Sales Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of the sales team, ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth and success. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our sales force is equipped with the necessary tools, techniques, and product knowledge to achieve and exceed their sales targets.
So, what’s the job?
As a Drupal Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of engineers through the entire development cycle of customer-facing software products. You'll oversee architectural design, development, and maintenance, ensuring a robust and flexible technology infrastructure. Your role will drive innovation and deliver industry-leading digital products and services with frequent, reliable releases.
And what are we looking for?
Lead the technical architecture and development of Drupal-based projects/initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
Lead a team of Drupal developers, build a healthy team culture, and high-performance team.
Guide the team through the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Implement scalable technology processes and drive continuous improvement practices and processors, with a DevSecOps mindset.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tools, and methodologies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, BAs and QA engineers, to define project requirements and deliverables.
What you’ll bring?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Drupal development, with a strong understanding of Drupal architecture, theming, and module development.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with a track record of successfully leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Deep expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies commonly used in Drupal development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Drupal certification(s) such as Acquia Certified Developer or Acquia Certified Site Builder is a plus.
Experience with headless Drupal, decoupled architectures, or Drupal integrations with other systems is desirable.
