Revenue Analyst

**More about this role**:
The Revenue Systems Analyst is responsible for the analysing and reporting of pricing decision data to support the Pricing Manager. This is a critical role that works on our internal suite of systems and analytical tools to deliver key information that drives strategic performance around costs, pricing summaries, and both the input and output of accurate data sets.

**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:

- Design, develop, control and maintain the billing system to capture all revenue items that pertain to the airlines catering and cabin cleaning requirements
- To work with and assist interested parties in developing new billing systems
- Ensure airline catering price changes are accurately reflected in our billing system
- Incorporate a number of airline’s in-house billing systems to dnata catering’s invoicing
- Produce reports, monthly and ad hoc from the collected revenue data
- Assist Accounts Receivable (AR) in weekly and monthly invoicing duties
- Responsible for maintaining an accurate and up to date Master invoice file detailing current pricing on all items that relate to the catering of the airline
- Analyse all aspects of the in-flight catering revenue streams
- Liaise with our airline clients on their invoicing of their om-flight catering
- Communicate regularly with Unit Managers, CSMs and Executive Chefs on audits

**What do you need to be successful in the role?**
- Demonstrated success in a similar role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferable
- Proven experience in a similar role within an Aviation Industry would be preferred
- Must have Advanced Excel modelling experience
- Excellent MS Office skills with an advanced level in ACCESS
- Previous Power BI and JDEdwards experience preferable but not essential
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- As you will be working in the Aviation Services industry, you will be required to obtain a clear National Police Check.
