We're a local business with a close-knit team and are looking for an experienced Venue Manager to bring their passion and energy for hospitality to lead our team in Bellerive. This is a hands-on role, so not only will you oversee the restaurant, but you will also be the face of it which makes for a challenging yet rewarding position.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position
- Ability to lead by example with a positive can-do attitude and incredible customer service
- A fun and friendly personality and strong communication skills
- Experience coordinating operations between FOH and BOH
- Be quick on your feet and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to train and mentor a young front-of-house team
- Attention to detail, proactive nature, and ability to multi-task
- Beer and wine knowledge preferred, or at least have the interest to learn
