**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**About the role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated employee who is interested in an opportunity within the Finance Team as the Operations Finance Analyst. As part of the Operations Finance team based at the plant in Kilcoy, you will partner with Operations and the broader Finance teams to drive performance and optimise costs. This is achieved via the provision of meaningful and timely reporting and analytics, cost and process management and supporting continuous improvement programmes.
This role will see you working on the GOLD roster (4 on 4 off, 3 on 3 off) 5am-3.30pm in a Permanent Full-time capacity.

**YOUR RESPONSILBITIES**
- Provide timely and accurate **Operational & Financial reporting** to aid understanding of business performance and decision making (daily, weekly and monthly reports)
- **Support the Data Driven Organisation programme** through systemisation and optimisation of Operational reports
- Support in **Cost of Conversion reporting** and analysis bringing deeper understanding of performance drivers
- Perform adhoc **product costing** to support NPD and general product analysis
- **Support plant continuous improvement programmes** through timely and accurate reporting & analysis
- Perform **monthly cost centre reviews** with cost centre owners ensuring understanding cost drivers and supporting in delivery of budget
- As required, support in the **delivery of core financial reporting & processes** (eg: month end, planning & budgeting) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of delivery
- **Support Accounting & Control** **team with plant-based reporting, processes, and analysis** (eg: inventory management & stocktakes, Capex, PO management, waste, utilities
