Manage a store for an iconic label located in Westfield, Western Sydney.

**Your new company**

Our client is a global fashion label specialising in jewellery and accessories. They currently have an opportunity for a Store Manager to lead their high-performing store.

**Your new role**
- Strive for excellence and go beyond every customer interaction to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Handle high pressure sales environment
- Monitor and manage team KPIs and store targets
- Lead by example, with demonstrated selling skills
- Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers
- Recruit, lead and grow a team with a growth mindset, passion and enthusiasm
- Exceed personal and team service and sales targets
- Be the driving force behind new and ongoing service and sales opportunities — directly impacting our growth and success.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience in either a store, department or assistant manager capacity or similar.
- We are looking for experience in retail from either fashion, cosmetics, lifestyle, footwear, accessories/handbags, jewellery, watches etc. background.
- Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills.
- A bubbly and upbeat personality and a big "people person"
- Experience setting sales targets and KPIs is required

**What you'll get in return**

$70,000 - $75,000 + Super + Bonus.
