( Weekends Essential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and preparing whole fish & fish fillets, including scaling, cleaning, pin boning and portioning.
- Portion fish using operating production machinery.
- Assisting as an all round production hand where required
- Maintaining a proactive approach to meet daily production targets in fast paced environment.
Desirable skills and experience:
- strong attention to detail and the ability to think one step ahead
- proven reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential
- experience in a similar production or seafood industry role is highly desirable.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 55 per week
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
