Topp Lifestyle Care Services is a small family run business located in the Moreton Bay Region. We provide home care solutions to participants in the Moreton Bay, Somerset and North Brisbane Region.

**Job description**

Topp Lifestyle Care Services is looking for our next Support Worker superstar. This superstar will be available to travel to service clients in the Moreton Bay, North Brisbane and Somerset Regions.

Daily duties will vary depending on client requirements; however could be such things as:

- Providing Personal Care (Showering, toileting etc.)
- Transportation to appointments
- Daily assistance with life goals
- Household Tasks (House cleaning and or yard maintenance)
- Community Engagement activites

Desired but not essential:

- Medication Administration Trained
- Experience with Mental Health
- Experience with hoisting, manual handling

Qualifications and requirements
- Certificate III or higher in Disability or Aged Care
- Valid Police Check
- Yellow card or current ndis disability employment screening card
- Current First and CPR
- Valid working with children blue card
- Covid 19 Infection Control Trained
- NDIS Orientation Module

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $43.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- First Aid (preferred)
- Australian National Police Check (preferred)
- Australian driver's licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
