We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. If you are physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and have a keen interest in the construction industry, this is an excellent opportunity for you to become part of our dynamic organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the production of pre-cast concrete products, including pouring, setting, and finishing.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work in a team environment to meet production targets.
- Operate basic hand and power tools to support concrete manufacturing processes.
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure the products meet the required specifications.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar labourer role or within the construction industry is preferred
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks in a demanding outdoor environment.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in the concrete industry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures and the willingness to adhere to them.
