**About the role**
- This position is a permanent, full-time role in the Property Services team to assist in the leasing/licensing of public property and management of Council’s land assets. Your main duties will include:

- Providing relevant administrative assistance associated with:

- Leases, licences and occupation of Council Land and Crown land managed by Council.
- Acquisitions or disposal of land owned by Council.
- Applications for closure of Crown and Council roads.
- Dealings with Council and Crown land.
- Record management and investigating/researching historical files.
- Collaborating with a small team and other employees across the organisation.

**Abou**t You**
- Assist with preparation of documentation in relation to leasing, licensing and other land dealings.
- Meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Possess basic computer skills such as use of Word processing and spreadsheets, with some experience in database maintenance.
- Become familiar with the Local Government Act and Crown Lands Management Act 2016.

**Salary Information**

Total remuneration for the role is in the range of $74,509.27 to $82,112.35 gross per annum comprising:

- $66,824.46 to $73,643.37 base salary
- $7,684.81 to $8,468.99 superannuation (calculated at 11.5%)
