**The Position**:
We are currently seeking a **Food & Beverage Supervisor** to join the Food Services team in the role of a **Full Time** position at our premium education site, **The King’s School in North Parramatta**.

As a supervisor, you will guide and lead the team throughout their shift, with overall responsibility for staff mentoring, training and morale. You will work across all areas of the business, residential, retail and functions.

Career progression is at the forefront of his role as there is opportunity for exposure to all elements of the business.

**The Person**:

- Previous supervisory experience
- 5 Star service Standards
- Knowledge of HACCP protocols and food safety
- Previous experience managing a team
- Functions experience advantageous
- Hotel experience would be preferred
- Excellent Time Management skills and well-rounded people skills.

**Job Overall**:
Working a variety of shifts, you will be expected to supervise and manage your team. we are looking for a doer. Someone who isn't afraid to get in and get their hands dirty. You will be provided with a uniform and a meal on shift. you will be incharge of a team of 12 while on shift and are expected to get in with the team and work. working across a number of service periods as well as functions you will be varied in your abilities and be able to work as part of a team.
