Precast Draftsperson

To be considered in this position:

- Civil Engineering degree or comparable AQF diploma or higher in civil construction design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or BrisCAD requiring at least 2 years of experience.
- Familiarity with the documentation platform such Aconex, Procore and similar for document management
- Construction or structural engineering experience preferred
- Ability to utilise BIM IFC file viewer such as Trimble Connect for the 3-dimensional interpretation of the structure
- Proficiency in MS Office products especially for MS Excel as you may require estimating materials for the precast materials needed for manufacturing such as steel, concrete and cast in elements
- Manufacturing or production exposure is a benefit
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and work collaboratively in a team
- Eagerness to learn new tools as well as the willingness to adapt new challenges

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Truganina, VIC 3029: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Drafting: 2 years (preferred)
- Construction: 2 years (preferred)

- White Card (preferred)
