**The Role**

The purpose of the role is to order and maintain branch stock levels based on current trends and customer history. You will be required to analyse and interpret reports and advise any discrepancies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse product and customer sales histories in order to effectively order and anticipate inventory purchasing requirements
- Purchasing from local and international sources
- Analysis and forecasting data
- Monitoring supplier performance

- Maintain all relevant product and supplier data
- Analyse reports and order stock based on trends identified and previous customer demands

**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Understanding of warehouse functions
- Experience in purchasing with extensive range of products
- Full understanding of HACCP and OH&S regulations
- Organisational and time management skills
- Work to achieve the set company KPI's
- Attention to detail
- Analytical and interpretation skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
