Site Supervisor

AssetProjects specialises in Capital, Remedial Works & Refurbishment for some of Australia’s best-known organisations. AssetProjects delivers a comprehensive range of construction, refurbishment, and project management services to complement and enhance our clients’ operations.

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will supervise and contribute via your skill set to numerous minor works projects in the Northern Beaches area of Sydney: manage, drive, and control the project delivery, execute the construction strategy, and mitigate risks. You will lead and motivate on-site stakeholders, including partnering with subcontractors to achieve a flawless execution of the project within the contractual conditions, time frames, scope and budget.

**Description**:
**What you will be doing**:
Liaise and negotiate with all parties involved in the project from site managers to contractors, ensuring efficiency, cost, and quality
Manage the subcontracting partners
Evaluate and implement processes and quality improvements
Ensure that the project is progressing through the system and remains on schedule
Attend site inspections with the client and subcontractors

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
Technical proficiency with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction, in a site supervisory role

**Trade Qualification essential**: Carpentry, Joinery, plumbing or electrical etc.
Builders license - bonus
Existing local relationships in the Northern Beaches area - advantage
A high regard for safety is essential and a formal Safety Qualifications is preferred
Minor works and Capital works experience - preferred
Experience in the Aged Care environment - advantage
Ability to complete projects within time frames and under budget
Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of treating suppliers and subcontractors as genuine partners
Proficient computer skills including MS Word and excel
Fully vaccinated in COVID-19
