**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

Oversee, prepare, and present high-end documentation for large-scale Educational and Commercial projects from start to finish, while you liaise with consultants and stakeholders. Develop your communication, coordination, and leadership skills while optimizing your technical skills.

**DUTIES.**
- Oversee and prepare detailed, high-quality documentation
- Ensure no errors at the DA, CDC, and CC stages
- Implement Australian Building Codes and Regulations
- Attend client meetings and site visits
- Liaise with consultants and subcontractors

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture or TAFE in Building Design
- High proficiency with Revit is essential
- Proven previous experience in a technical role (min. 3 yrs.)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
