**About our Opportunity**

As part of the Milk and Beverages team, you will play a critical role in maintaining positive relationships with NSW Independent retailers and various state-based groups including Metcash. You will collaborate with the NSW field team being the conduit for the NSW Independent business with the responsibility of communicating and driving the NSW Independent strategy.

Responsibilities for this role include:

- Customer and relationship management including the development of business plans for the NSW Independents M&B channel and across state based Independent MSO groups
- Collaborate and communicate effectively across the business, to share and deliver the NSW Independents strategy and account plans with the NSW field team
- Achieving budget objectives, managing monthly trade spend accruals, variance and claims, and providing revenue and trade spend forecasts
- Development of promotional programs for the state and with key independent retailers
- Ability to utilize data monitor performance against plans and adjust accordingly to realise best consumer and commercial outcome.

What you’ll bring to the role:

- At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG preferably with an understanding of the NSW Independent retail market
- Relationship and stakeholder management and the ability to influence
- Commercial astuteness and mindset
- Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strategic mindset.
