Bar and Gaming Attendant

**Gaming Customer Service Attendant**

**This is a hands-on role, which you will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Processing and delivering food and beverage orders to patrons
- Work in the bar and reception areas
- Creating, maintaining and being accountable for the general cleanliness and presentation of the Gaming area
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience to our patrons by managing the area, inclusive of providing details of Club activities
- Work as an accredited RGO (Responsible Gaming Officer) and being able to record, report any matters of interest on an incident register and report to the Venue Manager.
- Both providing and receiving directions on operational tasks

**To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and attributes**:

- Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
- _Have or be willing to have an ARGO (Advanced) Certification
- _Full working rights in Australia - _GRSL is not able to offer sponsorship _
- Demonstrated experience in delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Be excited at the prospect of working in an at times fast-paced environment
- Possess the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills - Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Flexibility to work a roster that includes, mornings, evenings, nights (up to 2am), weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $27.17 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
