Cinnamon Club, Adelaide's premiere Indian restaurant now looking for a dynamic individual to join our team.

We are looking for Restaurant Managers for both our Norwood and Henley Beach restaurants.

About the role & responsibilities:

- Leading FOH operations
- Rostering
- Leading a team of up to 10 people
- Upholding / cultivating positive team culture
- Stock ordering
- Being the primary point of contact for face-to-face customer feedback
- Preparation of food and beverages
- Tending to the general cleanliness of the premises
- Facilitating new products, promotions and procedures as directed by management
- Providing training and mentoring to staff
- Upholding of our mission, values and culture

Applicants should have following skills and competencies:

- Exceptional customer service
- Exceptional communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork
- Ability to multi-task

Applicants should have following experience:

- At least 2 years experience in hospitality
- At least 1 year experience leading a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
