We are looking for a Service Technician/Fitter to service and repair commercial cooking equipment.

$60000-$90000 per annum incl. relevant award entitlements penalty rates, overtime, allowances plus superannuation.38 hours per week. Permanent full-time position.

**The Service Technician/Fitter will report to the service manager and will be responsible for the following tasks**:

- Preventative maintenance on a wide range of kitchen equipment
- Installing, commissioning and repairing of equipment
- Fault finding and breakdown repairs
- Handling and distributing mail
- Maintaining records, including checking accounts and invoices.

The job will be full-time, with hours to be worked between 6.00am - 8:30am starts and finish between 2:30pm - 4:30pm Monday to Friday. A rotating on call roster is also required.

**Successful applicants must have**:

- An electrical restricted licence not compulsory but will be highly regarded
- Trade background preferably with mechanical, electrical or maintenance
- Problem solving ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

**Required criteria**
- Current drivers’ licence
- Police check (or able to get one)
- Working with Children's check (WWC) (or able to get one)
- Travel to regional areas to carry out repairs and service work when required
- Vaccinations and immunisations (due to requirements of the companies we service eg. aged care)
- Must be living in Australia within easy access to Tullamarine
