**About the role at Concierge Balwyn Retirement Living**:

- **We have a casual position available to assist our team fill planned and unplanned leave. Ideally, you will be flexible to work across most days and dayparts**:

- You will work as part of a team providing safe and effective personal care, tailored to the resident's needs
- Ensure all residents receive kind, caring and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence
- Provide assistance to the residents and community with tasks including (but not limited to): medical & personal support, domestic cleaning and general admin duties

**About you**:

- Certificate 3 in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, Health Services Assistance or equivalent (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations and Police Check up-to-date (required)
- Passionate, trustworthy and reliable Carer with excellent people & communication skills
- Reliable, flexible approach to 24 hour rostering

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Balwyn, Vic 3103: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
