We are seeking two kind and insightful **Female** Support Workers for two female Participant's residing together, who are both in need of guidance and support to assist them in learning life skills and decision making skills to achieve the quality of life they both deserve. Shift times will be consistent and able to be negotiated to suit both you and the Participant's. - Our Participant's will need your assistance with:_ - Activities of daily living. - Community and social engagement. - All aspects of support physically & emotionally and on an individual needs basis. - To continue providing high quality care, Home Caring require our Support Workers to have:_ - A **genuine passion **for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive and long-lasting relationship - Excellent communication skills and flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances - A positive attitude strongly based on compassion and resilience, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability - Qualification in Disability Care or equivalent experience - Fluent spoken English is essential - NDIS Worker Screening (yellow card) (required) - Blue Card (required) - Driver Licence (required) - Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (required) - CPR Certification (required) - First Aid Certification (required) - Current First Aid and CPR certificates - The right to work in Australia **Shifts available**: - Morning - Afternoon - Afternoon + Inactive Sleepover **About Us** As a rapidly growing business, we need exceptional people who can continue to grow with us.
