Hop Temple is Ballarat's favourite venue to enjoy Blues, Brews and BBQ's. With 18 rotating taps, over 200 tins and access to exclusive, limited release beers from Australia's best craft breweries, Hop Temple is a beer lovers dream.

The bar menu is inspired by seasonal ingredients sourced from the lush Victorian countryside and evolves, with an amazing range of delicious proteins and vegies roasted to perfection in our custom smoker.

**The role**

You will be an experienced hospitality professional with the ability to create unique experiences for our guests. A leader who builds a sense of belonging for team members and inspires their passion to understand our guests needs while delivering service with flair

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the delivery of excellent & professional guest service at all times
- Create rapport with regular guests
- Produce high quality products in accordance with brand standards
- Run sections and maintain organisation within the venue

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Knowledge of food & beverage safety and hygiene requirements
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as required by the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour
