**About You**
You are a highly organised and efficient fitness professional with excellent time management and administrative skills. You maintain accuracy under pressure, manage competing priorities with ease, and consistently deliver high-quality support across a broad range of responsibilities.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Fitness Coordinator, you will deliver outstanding customer service to all users of the University's Sport’s facilities and supervise third-year placement students in the gym. You will be responsible for membership administration, supporting daily gym operations, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This casual role is based across City East, City West (Pridham Hall), and Magill campuses. You must have some availability to work shifts between 6am-9pm on weekdays and weekends.

**To Be Successful You Will Need**
- Degree in Human Movement or related field, with ESSA membership or ES accreditation (or eligibility)
- Experience in customer service and delivering fitness programs
- Skilled in demonstrating and correcting exercise technique
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Effective communicator with clients, students, staff and suppliers
